Autism & Mental Health

Neuro-affirming therapy

I offer neuroaffirming therapy that beings with understanding each individuals unique, lived experience of autism from the inside out. My role is to create a safe and validating space where individuals can explore and express their authentic selves.

Grounded in best practice approaches and guided by a framework for adjustments to practice, I tailor therapy to meet each person's needs, preferences and communication style.

I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and reflection, integrating new insights from research, lived experience (as a parent to SEND children) and neurodivergent voices into my clinical work. This ensures that my practice evolves with, and in response to, the growing understanding of neurodiversity.
